Introducing the XPS 1330 from Dell, yet another great laptop with great performance and a stunning design. As far as portable and thin laptops go the XPS 1300 from Dell is quite impressive with its thickest point being just under 1.3 inches and its thinnest, less than 0.9 inches. Top top it off it boasts a 13.3 inch screen which although isn’t huge it provides crisp and clean images for your viewing pleasure.

Available in a choice of thee different colours: black, red or blue this thin laptop also features brushed steel keyboard tray along with a stunning row of quick access buttons. To bring this all together it is encased in a smooth, well designed shell which is shiny and looks absolutely fantastic. Sure, it may be a magnet to fingerprints but who cares considering its look as well as what’s inside.

The Dell XPS is fitted with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with CPU speeds ranging from 1.5GHz to 2.2GHz and between 2MB and 4MB cache depending on which setup you go for. Regardless which one you choose this sleek yet efficient laptop is ideal for home and office use in most situations.

Allowing up to 4GB of dual channel 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM this laptop can handle multitasking with ease. Top that off with a 250GB SATA hard drive and you have everything you need. It also features an optional biometric fingerprint scanner for added security but considering the amount of fingerprints you’ll leave on the top casing most determined criminals will surely be able to do something here.

The 13.3 inch TFT UltraSharp screen at 1280×800 provides brilliant viewing quality. The graphics accelerator has Intel Integrated Graphics X3100 as standard and the more powerful NVIDIA GeForce Go 8400M GS with 128 MB dedicated DDR3 graphics memory for the discerning users. As for graphics it also features a HDMI output which can be connected directly to a TV to provide an improved cinema experience.

The Dell XPS 1330 features touch-sensitive controls for volume and media playback, eject button for the DVD drive and a small remote control that pops into the PC card slot on the side. With a 2.75 inch touchpad this laptop is easy to use on the go.

Starting at just £449 the XPS 1330 is a brilliant laptop with functionality and style to match.
